I went there to rent a scooter for 20 days and, although there were several scooters, the guy said they were all rented. I said that I could wait a few days, he said he wouldn't know if they would be available. He asked where I were from and asked if we had a valid license. I answered that I was from Brazil and showed my international permit that is valid in more than a 100 countries including Japan. He said that it was not valid in Japan, which I know, as a matter of fact, that it is not true. He also said that there was no e-mail to communicate and see if there were available bikes in the future. The guy was polite, but I am sure that his refusal was for xenophobic reasons. Really sad to be treated like this in Japan, a country that I love so much.

Great value for money. NO Japanese driving license needed!

Rented a scooter for 2 month, everything worked out well. The price is also really fair and the scooter was good. The owner also speaks English.
As a foreigner you have to bring either a Japanese translation of your driving licence (costs you approx. 30€) or an international driving license - depending on the country you are coming from. Just check online what is needed for driving in Japan for your country (for me as a German it was the Japanese translation).

The site stated: 'no hassle, just bring your ID and international drivers license.' This is not true. Turned out you had to make a reservation. And since they did not reply to our mail a couple days prior we had no other way of making a reservation
