平成30年に竣工したばかりの真新しい桶川市役所です。
狭い土地ですが非常にコンパクトかつ効率よく設計されており、また木材とコンクリートが美しく融合した近代的な建築になっています。
内部もやや狭さは感じますが、木材を美しく使い、また配管などは隠すことなく見せることでコストを抑える工夫もされています。
非常に素晴らしい建築だと感じられる美しい個性ある市役所ですよ。

税務課の若い男性は見下すかのような態度、急にタメ口きいてくるのもおかしい、私達友達じゃないんだから。人々に耳を傾ける立場としても、社会人としてどうなのかなと思いました。

保健課の三十代後半位、ハーフアップの黒髪で、目の細い女性は「えっとー…」といった受け応えで、簡潔な質問を投げかけても答えになってない、適当な対応。

まあ当たり外れがあるとはいえ、説明も曖昧で不十分、始終態度が悪くとっても不快でした。もう一度自分の仕事について学んできた方がいいと思いますよ。
相談をしにいったのに、この人の言ってる事は本当に合ってるのかな？と不安しか残りませんでした。

アルバイトじゃないんですから、市民に寄り添い受付する立場としても、早急に改善した方がよろしいかと。

元桶川市民で久しぶりに来庁したらとても綺麗に近代的になっていて驚きました。
駐車場も以前はとても停めづらかったですが現在は広々していて停めやすかったです
職員さん達も親切でした。

小型家電の回収ボックス利用の為訪問。ついでに中を見学。エレベーターは２基あり、車椅子対応。１階に住民票等発行可能な機械あり、ただしマイナンバーカードが必要。５階にある眺望スペースに行って見ましたが、特に特記する内容無し。

道路が陥没していて、タイヤがパンクした。タイヤだけではなくホイールも歪んで使えなくなった。
道路河川課に連絡したが対応したハ○シって人からタイヤの賠償は出来ないと言われた。納得出来ない。

年に何度か伺う程度ですが、自分に対してだけでなく周囲を見ても上から見下したような女性職員が多い印象で気分の良いものではありません。とりあえずタメ口はやめた方が良いと思います。
逆に男性職員は物腰の柔らかい方が多い印象です。

相続の手続きで初めて行きましたが、どの課に行っても職員がみな感じよくて、いつ行っても手続きがスムーズでした。
素晴らしいなと思います。
施設も清潔で、税理士さんから桶川市役所は綺麗だからテンション上がりますよと言われましたが、、
丁寧な職員の皆様のお陰で、ややこしい手続きでもテンション上がりました。
引き続き頑張ってください。
