以前こちらの店舗で知り合いの社長が車を購入しようと（汚れた格好で）来店したら店員が接客にすら出てこなかったと怒っていたが、自分が来店した際はそのような事は無くちゃんと応対に出てきてくれたので一安心。ただやはり、他社のディーラーと比べると接客は非常に雑な印象。立ったまま待たされたのは初めてだったのでびっくりした。
一方車に関する知識はしっかりとしていて実車を見ながらの説明は非常に分かりやすかった。トヨタの社員がセールスマンならこちらはメカニックという印象。丁寧な接客を期待する人には向いていないけど、車マニアな人にはオススメ出来ると思う。
