用事があり伺いました。
混雑する時間帯でしたが、市役所駐車場の係りの案内も良かったですし、更に総合案内は応対が素晴らしかったです。庁舎内は広く職員の方に親切に教えて頂きました。さすが中核市だけのことはあります。一部市民の方で駐車場マナーが悪い方がいましたが、係りの方に収めて頂きました。建物も職員さんも立派です。

今年から確定申告が必要なために電話予約して市役所の14Fに行きました。確定申告に必要な書類を揃えて持って行き受け付けの9時に受け付け番号順に呼ばれそれぞれの担当者のデスクに行って確定申告しました。とにかく初めての確定申告だったので何もわからなかったけど担当者の方が親切に教えてもらって30分ぐらいで無事終わりました。

建物自体は立派ですが市民課でのサービスはあまりにも酷いです！
前回は市外への転出手続き、今回は市外からの転入手続き同行で2回来ました。
2回とも非常に時間がかかってました。
今回は市役所のホームページで事前にフォームに入力しておいて、窓口でそのQRコードを見せてたが、窓口で役人の人が一々聞いてきて、パソコンで入力しました。結局何のために事前にネットで登録したかは不明のままです。
1時間以上待っていてもまだ済んでいないようで、お渡し窓口から呼ばれる気配は全くありません。
(呼ばれる番号はほとんど進んでいないようです)
あまり混んでもいないし、カードへの裏書だけなので、もっとスムーズにできると思うのですが、次の予定が入っているので本当に困ります。

デフォルトで対応が悪い。
電話での対応もお願いしまーすと、語尾を伸ばし半ギレの様な口調。私より年上の方が対応したがひどい接客対応でした。
