Honestly some of the most wholesome and respectful people I have met out here and Sasebo. I was simply looking for a few nuts that I needed for work and they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed, she even gave me a little bag of stuff for my car too like a cloth wipe and some other things. These people are here to take care of folks, even with such a small interaction is spoke bounds of the great buisness they do here.

The staff is super helpful. Most speak some English or enough to be able to get what you need. Take your registration when trying to get OEM parts. I'd they don't stock it they'll order and have it to you ASAP. Never have tried ordering aftermarket parts from them but I'm sure they can. Highly recommend to everyone!

Kamiyoshi wasn't really understanding the part I needed, then ordered the wrong pipe for my car. When I came back and asked for a refund after we were able to order the right part for even more money, they turned around and denied me a refund or store credit for the wrong part due to it being a special order or something for a stock replacement part. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.

Lots and lots of small stuff inside. Some items look quite old, but are still functional. Hard to find what your looking for unless you ask. Prices seem to be about average from what I know from the Kanto Plain. But for someone without personal transportation this is the only store within walking distance.

ナンカイも取り扱っています。ちょっとしたバイクのブレーキパッド等の定番な消耗品は奥の棚にあるみたいですね🤔今回はアウターとかハンドツール買いました。一応車のバッテリーやケミカル用品もありました。通路は狭いのですが…ワクワクします(笑)

電話での問い合わせはすごく忙しそうで伝わっているか不安になるが、折り返しの電話など日をまたぐ場合でもしっかりしてくれる。
実際行くとスタッフの大半はバタバタの感じ。もちろん手の空いてるスタッフは接客してくれる。店舗は所狭しと上から下まで商品があって私は楽しい。回転の悪い商品もあるようだ。ネットより安いものもある。
駐車場台数が少ないので運。2階にもあるが狭くて普通車は入れないようだ。
