I visited here almost 2 weeks ago. Mainly come here for Shoei helmet. At the beginning the staff didn’t bother me and I can try many brand which they displayed. (Please note the style and size may limited if you compare with Shoei gallery). After I choose one and wait around 25 minutes for adjustment. The staff トウーさん serve me very good way, many thanks for her help! 🫶🏻
It’s better you know a bit 日本語 when you visit the shop. But the staff really try their best to communicate with customer 👍🏻 Thank you so much😊

They had the Shoei Neotec 2 I wanted in the size and design I wanted, pity they no longer custom fit at this store. 45 minutes away two taxis, multiple trains another NAPS store custom fitted it. Shoei helmets are no longer free to fit, Arai are. Staff were friendly. Note helmet supply in Japan is takes 6-9 months if not in stock.

Go in 5 minutes after opening, for a tyre change. They tell me it won’t get done till 2pm. So I say how about I buy the tyres and come back at 2. They say come back at 4pm. So I do and they make me wait till 6:15 to get it finished. Put guy tells me I should go somewhere else if I want good service. No clothes over a Japanese L. No shoes over a 44. Won’t work on a bike with any mods. Naps used to be a good shop.
This is now a last resort destination.
