スズキの箱バンのATFの交換をお願いしました。
電話で確認したところ、翌日なら対応可能だということで夕方の時間帯に予約しました。
当日、都合で３０分ほど到着が遅れたのですが、快く「いいですよ」と言ってくださり助かりました。
（通常交換間隔２万Km目安と言われているのですが、当方前回交換から４万Kmほど走ってました。）

通常、ATFオイルを抜き⇒足し⇒抜き⇒足し…を数回行い、中のオイルが入れ替わるように作業を実施するようですが、
実際の作業は、『トルコンチェンジャー』を使用して循環交換で行われました。
通常は３０～４０％のオイル入替え率ですが、９０％近く新品に入れ替わるとのことで、作業中も自分の車から出てくるATFの色を確認させていただきつつ、黒から透明感ある濃い飴色に代わっていくのを近くで見学させてもらえました。

作業時間は当初見積もりいただいたときは２時間程度と聞いていましたが１時間かからず、予算もネットで調べた価格よりも安価でした。作業の説明も丁寧にしていただき、またメカニックの方も親身に対応いただけて、とても信頼のおける整備場であると感じました。

また、不具合やメンテナンス時にお世話になりたいと思います。
