I didn’t hire from here but I probably never will.
Someone who rented from there took my board so I went to find out who it was.
I asked them to contact the girl to get my board back, and they said they can’t guarantee it was hers and wouldn’t let me keep her board.
The lady was incredibly rude / blazei, refused to give me an interim board when someone offered . She pretty much told me sucks to be me and now I have no snowboard

Bought great goggles for my son, $222, great service except as store closed as we purchased we were stuck for a taxi, we were told they could not call but to try Uber outside, once we left and tried Uber, there was none available after 10 minute wait, we had to walk back to hotel for 40 mins in the freezing cold.

Awesome service from these guys with regards to ski rentals! Shop was super busy, but didn’t have to wait long to be served. In terms of rental quality, the range of skis were incredible - I got to try three different pairs of skis, including 2 x Black Crows models 😁

Amazing experience and service that went above and beyond to accommodate our family. They weren’t even open on the day we were looking to mountain bike, but they opened the store just for us, and even offered to transport the bikes to the trail head. Equipment was top of the line and brand new. So thankful for making our day memorable.
